He'll be Back

Trust me. He'll be back. You know who I'm talking about. He just doesn't want to go to training camp. As soon as late August rolls around, he'll have a change of heart and explain that he "just couldn't stay away because [he] loves the game too much." Substitute "attention" for "game" in your mind, of course, when he says that in subsequent interviews.

If you want to throw up all over the place read this.

Bill Simmons' Dad?

But, yeah, he'll be back after camp. And think about how much funnier and timely the Sears advertisement campaign will be that they've got set to roll out in September. His waiting until after camp is probably in the contract with Sears.

Kenny, I was obviously referring to Michael Jackson.

The worst part about that link to Peter King's story in SI is the list of 'related links' at the bottom. There are links to six additional stories about Favre's decision to stay retired. Two of them are by Peter King. Are you kidding me?

Wait. I know this one.

It's on the tip of my tongue.

Shit.

Who is it?

Schwab I'm not.

I'm already excited for all the games that the Vikings lose because we get to watch ESPN breakdown what the Vikes would've done if Favre were there.

Or whenever any team's QB gets hurt, we'll have live coverage of Rachel Nichols outside Favre Manor to see if that team has called him.

Man this is going to be an awesome season! Thanks Brett!

"If I read one more story about where LeBron James might play two years from now, I'm going to puke."

quote from Peter King that was posted on here back in November

Favre should get his Tony for Outstanding Lead Performance in Hamlet already.
