ESPN (part of ABC/Disney) will likely drop him from Around the Horn. I'll certainly watch ATH on Monday to hear what Woody Page has to say about it.

i never hope for anyone to be involved in a legal incident, but i would definitely not be angry if this led him to take a "leave of absence" from ESPN. he is a detriment to the sporting world.

So I typed up this whole thing on an iPhone and couldn't post it because the Word Verification doesn't display properly on the iPhone. I was at the Brewers-Padres game, and was literally giddy with excitement when I found out.
The thing that I was most suprised at was that they referred to her as Mariotti's "girlfriend".
Fact 1: Jay Mariotti has a daughter. Said daughter attended the same high school as me.
Fact 2: There is a plaque at our local Wildfire restaurant that says "JAY AND DANA MARIOTTI", honoring the for being frequent diners.
What happened to this family?
Dana? You there?
