Doing my Best to Jinx It
If MLB.com's going to throw it up on their front page, I'm going to go on with it. My theory is: the more people that see it, the more likely it is to be jinxed.

A blog dedicated to venting frustration about dumb members of the sports media via angry commentary. No, we're not the first guys to do this kind of thing. Still, the Red Sox won, so everyone loses
I just lost $1 and a cookie to a guy at work who thinks Ryan Howard is the best player in the National League. You think you're bummed? Just imagine how I feel.
For the record: cookie bet was me betting on Rays to beat Red Sox in game 1 straight up....$1 bet was Rays winning first 3 games of the series with 20:1 odds.
I am sad to have come to the conclusion the Red Sox are unstoppable. I don't think anyone is going to beat them this year. They will win back to back championships and they will be called a dynasty...and I will cry.
