A blog dedicated to venting frustration about dumb members of the sports media via angry commentary.
No, we're not the first guys to do this kind of thing. Still, Jay Mariotti and several other prominent members of the national sports media need to lose their jobs. We want to facilitate that process any way we can.
Feel free to direct any pressing questions or comments to any or all of us at firejaymariotti@gmail.com.

Hooraaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy
Nice job, douche. You've just made most of America happy. Maybe you should miss some more wide open receivers.
The 1972 Dolphins? Whatever. I can deal with their asshole-ery for another year. They're not long for this world anyways.
Did you notice how loud and boisterous Asante Samuel was when he was part of breaking up a play, then totally sprinted off the field when he got beat for NY's first touchdown? It made me laugh.
Thanks Jo. That one's good- I like the one I've changed to here a little bit better because of the facial expression. The downside is the graphic view of D-lineman's taint, but it's worth it.
Good observation by Andy. Did you notice how hilarious Bill Belichick looks when he's interviewed after a loss? True, it's not much different than he looks after a win, but I can see him dying inside. It's very gratifying.
I still refuse to read Simmons today. Just imaging what he has to say is enough for me. His favorite teams have won 5 championships in the past 7 years, I think he can handle this and act like it is not the end of the world. Actually probably not.
Deadspin has put up perhaps the most apt photo that I've ever seen.

As nice as your current Brady pic is, I heavily favor this one: http://i.tsn.com/i/photos/20080203/86267.jpg
ReplyDeleteBonus: lack of taint!
I don't think I've ever actually wanted to read a Bill Simmons column as much as I want to read his next one.
