A blog dedicated to venting frustration about dumb members of the sports media via angry commentary.
No, we're not the first guys to do this kind of thing. Still, Jay Mariotti and several other prominent members of the national sports media need to lose their jobs. We want to facilitate that process any way we can.

"I think the Eagles would be hesitant to do this, because they traditionally don't like to open up the vaults for linebackers."
thats bad luck for the bears... i mean, most teams are more than happy to trade QBs (of mcnabb's caliber) for LBs. it just so happens the guys in the front office in philly have brains.
i didn't think that was as retarded as the larry johnson one:
trade the fucking 2nd best running back in the leauge for like the 30th or 40th best linebacker?
or how about chris simms? trade a pro-bowl linebacker for a qb that, if he maximizes his potential, might be as good as rex grossman
wow.
if briggs does get traded, and he won't likely because that would send a message to all bears players that if they're unsatisfied w/ their contract, they should just hold out, but IF briggs gets traded, it will almost certainly be with a top 15 team for a first round draft pick or with a bottom 5 team for a 2nd round pick.

just saying.

ReplyDelete"johnson probably isn't a good fit for the bears unless they want to give up on benson."
yeah, perloff...THAT'S what's preventing this deal from getting done--the bears think BENSON is a better NFL RB than LARRY JOHNSON
