No, we're not the first guys to do this kind of thing. Still, Jay Mariotti and several other prominent members of the national sports media need to lose their jobs. We want to facilitate that process any way we can.

A Quick, Angry, Informal Poll
Raise your hand if you give a flying shit about where Kobe Bryant plays this season, whether or not he cleaned out his locker last week, or how he relationship with the Lakers' front office is going.
Also, this is a very random place to write this, but for everyone interested in preserving every last 1 hour, 24 minute time block of your life, do NOT see The Comebacks.
First comment- well, that's fair enough, but 98% of the coverage being given to this "story" right now is just about Kobe and his relationships with other Lakers. Almost no discussion about where he could end up.
Second comment- I think everyone already knew that after watching the previews. No offense. Sorry about your $9.
if the bulls traded (among others) joakim noah for him, I would care because a lack of Noah on the Bulls would mean I could root for the Bulls once again
I should add for clarification that I'm a pretty big NBA fan. Probably moreso than any other sports league besides MLB.
ReplyDeleteI don't give a flying shit about it now, but I give plenty of flying shits about where he ends up, because the Bulls are a realistic candidate.

I'm a Lakers fan, and I really don't care about where Kobe winds up, as long as he winds up somewhere else. Let the rebuilding begin!
ReplyDeleteI don't care as long as it's not Boston. I don't think I can deal with another Boston-is-the-best-sports-town-Ever article.
